Position: Sales Manager
Duro Floor & Cabinet Inc. is looking for full-time sales and marketing manager. The individual must have a passion for sales and marketing. The daily work is dealing with customers, managing the internal sales, and interior designing team to fulfilling customer needs. You will manage a few existing people and new hires. Job Duties:
- Manage and organize daily activities and schedules for all local sales people, train sales people on sales process of all inventory and current advertising efforts including rebates and incentives on a regular basis to ensure goal achievement;
- Help sales people improve their effectiveness by communicating expected performance standards, monitoring performance, coaching and mentoring;
- Enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experience with impeccable results, work with clients on closing deals, as well as address customer concerns and deal with customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner;
- Coordinate with finance department to develop and implement best practices for the most efficient and effective sales approach, by analyzing sales reports, forecasting monthly sales expenses and reviewing budget plans;
- Advise distributors on company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations as well as sustain profitability and effectiveness;
- Represent company to attend local events, trade fairs and conferences to discover marketing opportunities and perform promotional functions.
- Explore AI and cyber sales to increase revenue and profit margin
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and management
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, computer science or related field.
- Use CAD tools/software (20×20 is preferred) to design home cabinetry skill.
- Strong leadership, management and decision making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Deal closing or sales experience is a plus.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese is a plus.

Work Location: San Jose, California, USA
Pay: $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
