This is a hands-on, full-time position in a growing flooring and cabinet company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>General:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be legally authorized to work in the United States<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be able to lift 30\u201370 lbs on an occasional basis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comfortable working in a warehouse and outdoor environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication, organizational, time management, and basic math skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dependable and responsible<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inventory management, equipment maintenance, data entry, and basic computer skills may be required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Warehouse Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory (flooring, cabinets, countertops, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment (forklift certification is a plus)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pick and stage materials for deliveries or customer pickup<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report inventory shortages or damages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cabinet Assembly Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assemble European-style and RTA (ready-to-assemble) cabinets accurately and efficiently<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Read and follow cabinet assembly instructions, diagrams, or shop drawings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safely use basic hand tools and power tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with packaging and staging completed cabinets for delivery or pickup<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Driving Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Safely operate company vehicles for local deliveries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow scheduled routes and deliver goods on time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide excellent customer service during deliveries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate delivery logs and records<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Skills and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid driver\u2019s license with a clean driving record (Class C or higher)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1+ year of experience in delivery driving, warehouse work, or cabinet assembly preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to follow safety protocols and company procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reliable, punctual, and a team player<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic English communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x1f4e9; How to Apply<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Email your resume to:<\/strong> <a href=\"mailto:hr@durofloorusa.com\">hr@durofloorusa.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#x1f4de; Or call Amy at: 408-573-7288<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Warehouse Worker \u2013 Cabinet Assembly &amp; Delivery Full-Time | San Jose, CA Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker to support inventory operations, cabinet assembly, and local deliveries.
