Pre-Installation Responsibility:
Please inspect the product for color, finish, quantity, quality, and style before installing any material. Our warranty does not cover materials with visible defects once they have been installed. Any defects should be reported to us immediately for inspection and replacement. Once installed, the product will be considered acceptable by the client and will not be accepted in returns. We do not have any responsibility for it. Acclimation of the job site should meet or exceed all requirements outlined in installation instructions and should refer to NWFA Wood Flooring Installation and Guidelines Methods guide if needed. Installers and Owners are responsible for all job site, subfloor, and environmental conditions and the manufacturer declines all responsibility for product, performance, or installation failure. All works involving water or moisture must be completed prior to the flooring being delivered to ensure quality.
